Instructions:
Season the beef neck bones with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Saute" function. Add some oil and brown the beef neck bones on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and add the bay leaf.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Serve the beef neck bones with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add vegetables like carrots and potatoes to the Instant Pot before pressure cooking.
