Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions for topping

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, macaroni, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and stir the chili mac.
  • Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
