Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the elbow macaroni and stir to combine.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and stir the goulash before serving.
