Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Add the elbow macaroni and stir to combine.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and stir the goulash before serving.
