Instructions:
Season cube steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
Sear cube steaks on both sides until browned, then remove from Instant Pot.
Add sliced onions to the pot and sauté until softened.
Pour in beef broth and deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits.
Return cube steaks to the pot, close the lid, and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and remove cube steaks from the pot.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and stir in the slurry to thicken the gravy.
Serve the cube steaks with the gravy on top.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef broth.
