barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the Instant Pot.
Add chicken broth, onion, and garlic.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Remove the pork shoulder from the Instant Pot and shred with two forks.
Mix in barbecue sauce with the shredded pork.
Serve the tender and juicy pork shoulder on buns or with your favorite sides.
Notes:
For an extra kick, try adding a splash of apple cider vinegar to the barbecue sauce.
