Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid. Stir in the cheddar cheese and heavy cream until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions if desired.
