Instructions:
In the Instant Pot, combine broth, soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, and mushrooms.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook on sauté mode for 3-4 minutes until noodles are cooked.
Serve the ramen in bowls, and top with sliced boiled eggs, baby spinach, green onions, and nori sheets.
