Instructions:
Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
Select "Saute" function on pressure cooker, add olive oil, and brown short ribs on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaf.
Return short ribs to the pot, pour in beef broth.
Close lid, set to high pressure for 45 minutes.
Quick release pressure, open lid carefully.
Serve short ribs with sauce over mashed potatoes or polenta.
