Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, onion, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  • Add the short ribs to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over them.
  • Add water to the pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
