  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • Add the rinsed rice, water, oil, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
  • Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.

Notes:

Ensure to rinse the rice thoroughly to remove excess starch.
