Instructions:
Place the corned beef brisket in the Instant Pot.
Add onion, garlic, beef broth, and pickling spice.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 90 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set to high pressure for an additional 5 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and remove the vegetables and corned beef.
Slice the corned beef against the grain and serve with the vegetables.
Notes:
