Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season the pork tenderloin with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot and add broth.
Add the sliced onion, carrots, and diced potatoes on top of the pork.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Serve the pork tenderloin with veggies and enjoy!
