Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season the pork tenderloin with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot and add broth.
  • Add the sliced onion, carrots, and diced potatoes on top of the pork.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Serve the pork tenderloin with veggies and enjoy!
