Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs frozen pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Place frozen pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot.
  • Add broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Remove the pork tenderloin from the Instant Pot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
