Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
Add in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
