Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Toppings

  • shredded cheese optional
  • sour cream optional
  • avocado optional

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. This recipe is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
