Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • for garnish Chopped parsley

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the egg noodles on top but do not stir.
  • Close the Instant Pot, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef if you prefer.
