Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook until softened.
Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the egg noodles on top but do not stir.
Close the Instant Pot, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
