Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Sear the steak on both sides until browned.
  • Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
  • Remove the steak, slice against the grain, and serve with the juices from the Instant Pot.

Notes:

For best results, let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
