Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
  • Use a hand blender to blend the salsa to your desired consistency.
  • Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve with your favorite chips or use as a topping for tacos or grilled meats.

Notes:

This salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
