Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
Use a hand blender to blend the salsa to your desired consistency.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with your favorite chips or use as a topping for tacos or grilled meats.
