Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pounds mixed beef bones marrow, knuckle, and neck bones
  • 1 onion peeled and halved
  • 2 carrots roughly chopped
  • 2 celery stalks roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water to max fill line

Instructions: 

  • Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  • Fill the pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 120 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally.
  • Carefully strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Let the broth cool before storing it in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes:

This bone broth can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
