Instructions:
Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Sear the flank steak on both sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Pour in the beef broth and lock the lid in place. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Remove the steak from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Serve the sliced flank steak with the cooking juices poured over the top.
Notes:
For best results, slice the steak against the grain to ensure tenderness.
