Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
Add the marinara sauce, water, and ziti pasta to the pot. Stir to combine.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and let it melt.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
