Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Add macaroni, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and drain any excess water.
  • Stir in butter until melted, then add cheese, milk, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
