Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground turkey.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the rice, chicken broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Fluff the rice with a fork, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
Notes:
This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. You can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef if desired.
