Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground turkey.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the rice, chicken broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Fluff the rice with a fork, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. You can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef if desired.
