  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 1 Zest of 1 orange

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or bad berries.
  • In the Instant Pot, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
  • Stir the cranberry sauce and let it cool before serving.

Notes:

For a thicker sauce, you can use the sauté function after pressure cooking to reduce the liquid. Adjust the sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter or more tart sauce.
