Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
Stir in the heavy cream, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and penne pasta.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and stir the pasta.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add some sun-dried tomatoes or spinach to the dish.
