Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the pork cubes and brown them on all sides.
Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the paprika and thyme.
Pour in the chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
Add the carrots and potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release.
Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
Notes:
