Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
  • Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  • Add onions and bell peppers, sauté for a few minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
  • Preheat the oven broiler.
  • Fill hoagie rolls with beef mixture, top with provolone cheese.
  • Place sandwiches under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For an extra kick, you can add some hot sauce or sautéed mushrooms to the sandwich. Make sure to slice the beef as thin as possible for the best texture.
