Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Rinse the lentils under running water until the water runs clear.
In the Instant Pot, sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add the cumin seeds, turmeric, and garam masala. Stir for a minute.
Add the lentils, tomatoes, salt, and water. Stir well.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
