Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a bit of oil.
  • Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add the rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Fluff the rice with a fork, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
