Instructions:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
Place the salmon fillets on the trivet.
Top the salmon with lemon slices and minced garlic.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and carefully remove the salmon.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
