Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 whole lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh dill

Instructions: 

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the trivet.
  • Top the salmon with lemon slices and minced garlic.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release and carefully remove the salmon.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
