Instructions:
Add olive oil to the Instant Pot and set it to sauté mode.
Add carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and chickpeas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and serve hot.
