Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets tilapia
  • 1 piece lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions: 

  • Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the Instant Pot.
  • Add lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  • Pour in the broth.
  • Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release.
  • Serve the tilapia with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
