Instructions:
Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the Instant Pot.
Add lemon slices on top of the fillets.
Pour in the broth.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release.
Serve the tilapia with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
