Instructions:
Place chicken breast, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and thyme in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release the pressure, open the lid, and shred the chicken.
Add egg noodles to the pot and cook on sauté mode for 5-7 minutes until noodles are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
