soy sauce

Instructions:
Season beef chunks with salt and pepper.
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Brown beef in batches and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and thyme. Stir to combine.
Return beef to the pot. Close lid, set to high pressure for 45 minutes.
Once done, let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release.
Serve beef with sauce over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can marinate the beef chunks in soy sauce and brown sugar for a few hours before cooking.
