Water
Fill the pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
Fill the pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 120 minutes.
Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve and discard the solids.
Let the broth cool before storing it in containers.
Notes:
This broth is perfect for soups, stews, or sipping on its own. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
