Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs chicken bones
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water Fill the pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.

Instructions: 

  • Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  • Fill the pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 120 minutes.
  • Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
  • Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve and discard the solids.
  • Let the broth cool before storing it in containers.

Notes:

This broth is perfect for soups, stews, or sipping on its own. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
