Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Place rice and chicken broth in the Instant Pot.
  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place seasoned chicken on top of the rice.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Remove chicken, shred it, and fluff the rice with a fork.
  • Serve the chicken over the rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
