Instructions:
Place the turkey carcass, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf, and peppercorns in the Instant Pot.
Fill the Instant Pot with water until it reaches the max fill line.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 1 hour.
Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then do a quick release.
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
