Salt to taste

Instructions:
Wash the rice and toor dal together and set aside.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat ghee and oil.
Add onions and sauté until translucent.
Add all the vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the washed rice and dal, tomatoes, bisi bele bath masala, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Mix well.
Close the Instant Pot with the lid and set to pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Serve hot with a dollop of ghee on top.
Notes:
You can add more vegetables as per your preference. Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of bisi bele bath masala.
