Ingredients:

  • 1 cup farro
  • 2 cups water or vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the farro under cold water.
  • In the Instant Pot, combine the farro, water or broth, and a pinch of salt.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Fluff the farro with a fork and serve as desired.
