St. Louis-style pork ribs

water

BBQ sauce
your favorite

tablespoon
paprika

garlic powder
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Season the ribs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Place the seasoned ribs on the trivet.
Close the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release.
Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Set the Instant Pot to broil and place the ribs on a baking sheet.
Broil for 5 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
For best results, let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
