Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 rack St. Louis-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Season the ribs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  • Place the seasoned ribs on the trivet.
  • Close the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release.
  • Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  • Set the Instant Pot to broil and place the ribs on a baking sheet.
  • Broil for 5 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

For best results, let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
