Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In the Instant Pot, mix together onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and water.
Add chicken breasts to the pot and coat them with the mixture.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and remove the chicken from the pot.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the gravy.
Serve the chicken with the gravy on top.
