Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In the Instant Pot, mix together onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and water.
  • Add chicken breasts to the pot and coat them with the mixture.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release and remove the chicken from the pot.
  • In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the gravy.
  • Serve the chicken with the gravy on top.
