Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place pork in the Instant Pot and add sliced onions and minced garlic.
  • Pour in BBQ sauce and chicken broth.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Shred the pork using two forks and mix with the sauce in the pot.
  • Serve the pulled pork on buns or with your favorite sides.
