Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef stew meat.
Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in the egg noodles.
Close the lid again and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and stir in the sour cream.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
