Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef stew meat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in the egg noodles.
  • Close the lid again and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and stir in the sour cream.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
