  • 2 lbs beef ribs
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season beef ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot, then add the seasoned beef ribs.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the beef ribs from the Instant Pot and brush with BBQ sauce.
  • Optional: Finish under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

For best results, use a high-quality BBQ sauce. You can also add a splash of liquid smoke to the beef broth for an extra smoky flavor.
