Instructions:
Season beef ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot, then add the seasoned beef ribs.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the beef ribs from the Instant Pot and brush with BBQ sauce.
Optional: Finish under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
For best results, use a high-quality BBQ sauce. You can also add a splash of liquid smoke to the beef broth for an extra smoky flavor.
