Ingredients:  

  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions: 

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke each potato with a fork a few times.
  • Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  • Arrange the potatoes on the trivet.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
  • Carefully remove the potatoes from the Instant Pot and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

Serve the baked potatoes with toppings like butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, or bacon bits for added flavor.
