  • 1.5 lbs steak, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the diced steak.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
