Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the diced steak.
Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Serve hot and enjoy!
