Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 whole artichokes
  • 1 unit lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Trim the stems off the artichokes and cut the top off.
  • Rub the cut parts with lemon halves to prevent browning.
  • Stuff minced garlic between the leaves of each artichoke.
  • Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add water.
  • Put the artichokes on the trivet, close the lid, and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the artichokes.
  • Serve with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce.
