Instructions:
Trim the stems off the artichokes and cut the top off.
Rub the cut parts with lemon halves to prevent browning.
Stuff minced garlic between the leaves of each artichoke.
Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add water.
Put the artichokes on the trivet, close the lid, and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the artichokes.
Serve with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce.
