Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the trivet in the pressure cooker and pour in the water.
  • Roll up the ribs and place them on the trivet.
  • Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the ribs.
  • Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  • Finish the ribs under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

For best results, let the ribs rest for a few minutes after broiling to allow the juices to redistribute.
