Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the trivet in the pressure cooker and pour in the water.
Roll up the ribs and place them on the trivet.
Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the ribs.
Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Finish the ribs under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
For best results, let the ribs rest for a few minutes after broiling to allow the juices to redistribute.
