Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
  • Remove the chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the pot to soak up the juices.
  • Serve as desired.

Notes:

This shredded chicken can be used in tacos, salads, sandwiches, and more. Adjust seasoning to taste.
