Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, and ginger.
Add sliced flank steak to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over it.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and open the lid.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Stir it into the beef mixture in the Instant Pot.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve the Mongolian beef over rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes or Sriracha to the sauce mixture.
