Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  • Pour marinara sauce and water into the Instant Pot. Place the meatballs in the sauce.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Serve the meatballs with sauce over pasta or with crusty bread.

Notes:

For a complete meal, serve the meatballs with your favorite pasta or a side of crusty bread.
